At Sacarla, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you change your mind about your Sacarla OTM, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The bag must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
- The product must not show signs of use, damage or wear.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How to return your order
To request a return, please contact us at weare@sacarla.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with the return instructions.
Please ensure your order is packaged securely when returning it. Sacarla is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at weare@sacarla.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
As we currently offer one product, exchanges are available where your bag is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a faulty or damaged bag, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at weare@sacarla.co.uk, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will arrange a replacement.
Pre-orders
For pre-ordered products, the same 30-day return period begins from the date your order is delivered, rather than the date the pre-order was placed.
